Refund Policy

At SAI RO CARE CENTER (a unit of SAI JI ENTERPRISES, proprietorship of Shoba Devi), we strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be provided.

1. Service Charges

• Visit charges of ₹199 are non-refundable as they cover the cost of sending a technician to your location.
• If you cancel your service before the technician arrives, the visit charge will still apply.
• Service charges for completed work are non-refundable once the service has been performed.

2. AMC Plans

• AMC plans are non-refundable once activated.
• If you wish to cancel your AMC plan, you must contact us before the renewal date.
• Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for extenuating circumstances.

3. Spare Parts

• Genuine spare parts installed by us carry a 6-month warranty.
• If a part fails within the warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will replace it free of charge.
• Refunds for spare parts are not provided; only replacement is offered under warranty.

4. Service Warranty

• We provide a 30-day warranty on our service workmanship.
• If the same issue recurs within 30 days of service, we will fix it free of charge.
• Refunds are not provided under the service warranty; we will re-service the RO system at no additional cost.

5. How to Request a Refund

If you believe you are eligible for a refund, please contact us with the following details:

• Your name and contact information
• Service booking reference (if applicable)
• Reason for the refund request

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or bank transfer, as determined by our team.
