Welcome to SAI RO CARE CENTER (a unit of SAI JI ENTERPRISES, proprietorship of Shoba Devi). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

SAI RO CARE CENTER provides professional RO water purifier installation, repair, maintenance, AMC, and related services in Jammu. We service all major brands of RO water purifiers.

2. Service Booking

• Service bookings can be made via phone, WhatsApp, or through our contact form.
• We will attempt to schedule service at a time convenient to you, but timings are subject to technician availability.
• For emergency services, we will make every effort to attend to your request promptly.

3. Pricing and Payment

• All prices mentioned are in Indian Rupees (INR).
• Service charges are subject to applicable taxes (GST).
• Visit charges are ₹199 and are fully adjustable if you proceed with the service.
• Payment can be made via cash or online transfer.
• Spare parts and additional services will be charged separately as per our rate card.

4. Warranty

• We offer a 30-day warranty on our service workmanship.
• Spare parts replaced by us carry a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects.
• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, mishandling, or external factors.

5. Customer Responsibility

• You must provide accurate information about the RO model and the issue you are facing.
• Access to the RO system must be provided to our technician at the scheduled time.
• Any pre-existing issues with the RO system must be disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Cancellations made at least 2 hours before the scheduled visit will not incur any fee.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability and should be communicated as early as possible.

7. Limitation of Liability

SAI RO CARE CENTER and SAI JI ENTERPRISES shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the service provided. Our liability is limited to the value of the service provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of SAI JI ENTERPRISES and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, Jammu & Kashmir.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
